Top 10 by vertical gain
Provisional results contain a conspicuous elevation trough/rebound in the canonical profile. A review flag is not a new qualification threshold and does not change your burst rules. Hide anomalies to compare the remaining results; overall raw ranks are retained.
At least 150 ft net gain over at least 0.12 mi with at least 13% average grade. Elevation is smoothed; analysis never crosses recording gaps. There is no pace, heart-rate, duration or maximum-distance requirement. A descent exceeding 30 ft ends an ascent run; gentler or flat stretches can remain within a qualifying long climb.
Default rank is net vertical gain. Distance and grade rankings are separate comparisons; no weighted difficulty score is invented. Tied exact values share a rank; displayed rounded values may appear equal. Outing totals sum disjoint qualifying burst spans and are separate from total hike ascent. Elevation and distance depend on each canonical route’s documented sources.
